Shipping Time Frames
We are a small business with just a two person team and we ask you to be patient with our shipping times. Any Boutique order will ship within 5 business days.
Any Handmade/ Brand Created ready to ship orders will be shipping within 5-15 business days. These products are hand crafted and may take some time to make absolutely perfect for you.
If you are interested in collaborating for a custom order the shipping time with be discussed while talking about custom order.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your order or it is lost/damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving order at brandedchic@hotmail.com and we will either exchange your order or give your store credit to get yourself something else. If it is after 14 days still contact us and we can try and work something out.
For all custom orders we will send pictures in advance to approve your final design. Custom pieces require a non-refundable down payment but you will not be charged the full price till the piece is approved and ready to ship. If you decided you do not want the piece we will keep your down payment and just sell the piece on our website.
